Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from the USA.  

Shipping costs may be reduced if you choose not to have your bulk order shipped immediately.  

From the date of purchase, customers have one business month to submit payment for shipping if shipping was not included with the original order. Orders that remain unpaid for shipping beyond this timeframe may be considered abandoned, voided, and the items may be donated or otherwise disposed of at our discretion.  

As a business, we are unfortunately unable to store orders indefinitely, and this policy allows us to maintain fair and efficient inventory management for all customers.  

We highly recommend selecting tracked shipping for all orders. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery, delays, loss, or damage falls with the carrier. Pokellector Cards LLC is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit.  

If an issue arises with delivery, customers will need to work directly with the shipping carrier to file any applicable claims.
